The heat of battle had long since faded, though the crackles of the campfire, and warm fire provided a worthy replacement.
Rokshi did his best to look up to Valedrine, giving her a brief, albeit weary smile, before his gaze finally set back onto the flames.
“Did I ever tell you what I named my new blade, Valedrine?”
The elf perked up curiously for a moment, twitching her ears. “No you didn’t. What?”
“Suldusk.” Replied Rokshi, as silence fell on both of them.
